• Provide the framework for continuative discussions
• Initiate and organize necessary updates of the SRA

Organisation of EUROP meetings

• Members’ assemblies, Executive Board, Board of Stakeholders and Working Group meetings

Staying in close contact with the European Commission

• Helping to ensure that matters related to EUROP will be heard
• Learning about ideas, questions and topics raised by the EC

Serving as internal and external contact point

• Collection and distribution of information relevant for the robotics community
• Maintaining/collecting contacts to facilitate networking thus strengthening the European robotics community

Newsletter, Website & Internal Communication

• Inform EUROP members about news & events, upcoming calls, meetings, etc.
• Provide and maintain facilities for easy communication (mailing lists, data exchange system, …)
• Maintain and update the EUROP Website to inform EUROP members, the EC, the press and other interested parties

Public Relations

• Press releases, articles to promote European robotics
• Representing and promoting European robotics at important events, meetings, etc.
